Shipping policy

Shipping

Your order is shipped in an appropriately sized corrugated cardboard carton. Products are not individually packaged or packaged for resale.

Orders ship via UPS Ground to physical addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Shipping charges and estimated transit time are calculated during checkout before payment is required. We have negotiated very competitive UPS rates and pass those savings on to our customers.

Production

Unless otherwise noted, each order is handcrafted after it is placed.

Standard orders are typically ready to ship within approximately 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).

Orders that include custom branding enter production after artwork approval.

All orders ship from our facility in North Alabama (ZIP Code 35748). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when UPS receives your package.
