Shipping policy

Your purchase is shipped in an appropriately sized corrugated cardboard box. Products are not individually packaged or packaged for resale.

Carpenter Core ships via UPS Ground to your physical address in the contiguous United States (excluding AK, HI, and Territories). The shipping charge is provided during the checkout process. We have negotiated the very lowest rates available and pass those savings on to you.

Unless otherwise indicated, your order is custom fabricated after being placed. In general, orders are processed and ready to ship within ten business days (M-F less national holidays). Those with custom branding are released to start processing after you have approved the design. Your estimated transit time is provided during the checkout process. Your order is shipped from zip code 35748 in North Alabama, U.S.A. You will receive an email message when UPS receives your shipment from us at our facility.
