Refund policy

We do not accept the return of customized or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective. In any case, please contact us immediately if you have concerns about any products received from us. If you have any visualization concerns, please purchase a sample before making a bulk quantity purchase.

If for any other reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges, if any are none refundable. To receive a refund, return the purchase to us in an unused condition within 120 days of the date of delivery.

If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it ships. Otherwise, you will need to return your purchase for a refund. To make a return, carefully pack it for shipment. Include a copy of the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return.
